Question 1

An app feels big.

Accepted Answer

The standard build includes two core engines plus dashboard and journey tracking. If your program needs less or more, we adjust the scope during discovery.

Question 2

How involved do I need to be during the build?

Accepted Answer

Your involvement is focused and intentional. You'll review key decisions during Discovery, review the prototype, test the engines as they're completed, and test with real clients during the 30-day onboarding. You're not managing developers or handling technical details.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The standard build is $21,000 paid in full, or $6,000 upfront + $1,500/month for 12 months for 2 modules. Includes the first 12 months of Optimize care: prompt tuning, knowledge base updates, and monthly scorecards. Lighter and expanded packages are also available — specifics are determined on the discovery call. You cover AI running costs directly — typically under $100 a month for most programs with 100 active clients.

Question 4

We already have Airtable / a platform.

Accepted Answer

I can build on it. The Feedback Engine can even run behind the scenes in Airtable with no client-facing app at all. Specifics get handled on the call.

Question 5

So the app replaces my coaches?

Accepted Answer

No. It replaces the work around coaching. The app: reviews submissions against your framework, generates first-draft feedback, builds client assets, tracks progress, flags gaps, and surfaces clients who need attention. Your coaches: interpret the situation, make judgment calls, give nuanced advice, solve complex problems, and coach the client through decisions. The app handles the repeatable work. Your coaches handle the work that actually requires a coach.

Question 6

Should I just hire another coach?

Accepted Answer

If you're planning to hire another coach in Q1, compare the cost. Another co-coach runs $2,500 per month, every month. That's $30,000 per year, added on top of your existing coaching team costs. And that cost continues every year. The standard build is $21K, one time, and includes 12 months of care. Instead of adding another person to your team, it expands the capacity of the coaches you already have.

Question 7

How long does a build take?

Accepted Answer

4 to 6 weeks from Discovery to deploy. You get 30 days of onboarding after launch with me, your team, and your clients.

Question 8

Who owns it once it's built?

Accepted Answer

You do. You own the code, the accounts, and the documentation. You're not locked into a proprietary platform or dependent on a system you can't evolve over time. After the first 12 months, ongoing care continues at $1,200/month (Optimize tier) — or you can upgrade to Grow ($2,500/month) for quarterly feature builds and monthly strategy calls.

Question 9

What if I'm not ready to build yet?

Accepted Answer

The delivery audit call helps you figure out whether building now is the right move. The goal is to help you arrive at the best decision, not to sell you a build.
